A qualifying bet usually has slightly different back and lay odds plus exchange commission, so both outcomes show a small cash loss — the cost of unlocking the offer. Free-bet and refund modes use different assumptions; check you chose the right bet type and whether the free bet stake is returned.

Use the rate that applies to your exchange account and market. The app remembers a default for each provider but stores the rate with each bet, so changing a default never rewrites history. If a market's commission differs, record the actual after-fee net amounts with Custom settlement.

Open Partial matching in the calculator and add each fill at its own stake and odds. The suggestion becomes the remaining lay you still need. Save only the amounts that actually matched; an overhedged position is flagged instead of suggesting a negative stake.

Yes. Open the bet in Bets and correct the settlement or reopen it. Every change is kept as a revision, and totals are recalculated from settled records. Saving an open or draft bet never creates profit.

There's no automatic currency conversion. Each bet keeps the currency it was recorded in, and Insights shows each currency's totals separately.

Settings → Export full backup saves a versioned file. Restore from backup previews the import and merges without duplicating revisions. CSV is for spreadsheets and isn't a complete restore file.

When your device is signed in to iCloud and iCloud is available to the app, records are stored in your own private iCloud database and sync between your devices. Saving always works offline. Sync isn't a backup, so export a full backup before reinstalling or changing devices.

Download Matched Bets during the launch. There's no sign-up or code: eligibility comes from Apple's record of your original App Store download, so it follows your Apple Account to a reinstall or new device. Pro features are in development; everything in the app today is free.

Deleting a bet moves it to Recently Deleted (in Settings), where it can be restored. To erase everything, delete the app, then remove its data in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage, and delete any exported files and device backups you no longer want.
