Who makes it

Matched Bets Calculator is built and maintained by Andy Enrique (AndyHQ). Andy designed the app, wrote its calculation engine and writes the guides on this site.

The app exists because a calculator only answers one question. Matched betting also needs a record of what actually matched, what settled and what you really made, without a spreadsheet to maintain. Matched Bets does both jobs on your phone, with no account and no advertising.

How the numbers are checked

• One engine. The web calculator is a line-for-line port of the app's calculation code, using decimal arithmetic and the same rounding, so results match to the penny.
• Tested against the app. The web engine runs the app's own test fixtures on every change to this site.
• Guide figures come from the engine. Every worked example in the guides comes from that engine, so you can reproduce it in the calculator.
• Dated. Each guide shows when it was last updated. Anything that goes stale, such as exchange commission rates, is either left out or dated.

How Matched Bets makes money

The app is free and has no ads. Optional Pro features are in development; our first 1,000 users get them free for life. Matched Bets isn't affiliated with any bookmaker or betting exchange, and this site carries no bookmaker affiliate links or paid placements. When a guide names an exchange, it's to explain how something works, not an endorsement.

What we won't claim

Matched betting reduces the risk from a sporting result; it doesn't remove every risk. We don't describe it as risk-free or guaranteed, we don't publish fake reviews or ratings, and every example is illustrative. Matched Bets is for adults aged 18 and over. Corrections and contact

If you find a mistake in a guide or a calculation, email support@matchedbets.app with the subject “Correction” and the numbers you used. Confirmed errors are fixed and the page's updated date changes. For anything else, see support.
